All products are manufactured in strict compliance with applicable regulations, such as IEC 60076, RE-548, EN 50588 and UNE 21428, as well as corporate standards or customized specifications of our clients.

The option of using mineral oil or BIODEGRADABLE vegetable ester as insulating liquid is offered, the latter also being a type K liquid with a combustion point greater than 300ºC. Additionally, other liquids can be provided according to request, such as synthetic ester or silicone.

INDIVIDUAL TESTS FOR EACH TRANSFORMER:

• Accurate measurement of winding resistance.
• Transformation ratio measurement and phase shift verification.
• Measurement of short circuit impedance and load losses.
• Measurement of losses and no-load current.
• Carrying out applied voltage dielectric tests.
• Carrying out dielectric tests of induced withstand voltage.
• Carrying out pressure leak tests for transformers immersed in liquid (tightness test).
• Measurement of the insulation resistance in direct current between each winding and ground, as well as between windings.

TYPE TESTS:

These tests are carried out periodically as part of regular internal verifications or according to agreements established with clients, always following the guidelines of the corresponding IEC 60076 standard.
