MEDIUM POWER TRANSFORMERS
Since 1979, Ocrev has excelled in manufacturing these types of transformers, with more than 10,000 different units installed around the world.
The production and assembly of all components is carried out internally at OCREV facilities, guaranteeing 100% the quality and safety of the transformers. The close collaboration between all areas of the company allows us to carefully supervise each phase of the production process, from the selection of raw materials to the delivery of the final product.
Our transformers rigorously comply with the latest safety directives and are periodically subjected to individual tests.
Liquid transformers
Power: up to 50 MVA, with a maximum insulation level of 145 kV.
Distribution: from 50 to 3150 kVA, with a maximum insulation level of 36 kV.
For both types, filling with liquid silicone DC561, synthetic Midel 7131 or vegetable FR3 Cooper is also available.
Execution with switch in empty or under load.
CONSTRUCTION FEATURES OF THE TOE AND ETOE SERIES (EcoDesign)
Our Ecodesign series transformers have two types of construction:
1) sealed
– full filling, with finned box or cooling radiators,
– with nitrogen cushion, with finned box or cooling radiators.
2) respirator with oil preservative
– with finned box or cooling radiators.
MAGNETIC CORE
The core is a three-column type, with intercalated joints arranged at 45°, made of low-loss oriented crystal magnetic sheet.
Cutting, assembly and checking the correct loss values are carried out in our plants.
Since we carry out these processes ourselves, the components are immediately available; Likewise, we can obtain lower noise levels compared to those contemplated by DIN and NEMA standards.
COILS
They are produced with electrolytic copper or aluminum and all turns are insulated with high quality paper.
BOX
It is made of low carbon steel.
TERMINALS
Various types of terminals are used to assist wire connections to the transformer.
The most common solutions are porcelain HV and LV insulators, supplied according to customer specifications.
